I used Dolan on 2 different houses recently. It was a smooth process from the initial assessment, them working directly with the insurance companies, picking colors and options, not having upsell pressure, schedule the work, completing the work, inspecting the final work, and following up after the job was completed. There weren't any discrepancies from the initial quote to the final bill. Initially worked with Johnny, then Shannon, Amanda, and the rest of the office staff. Finally, Mike came out to both jobs to make sure they were completed to my satisfaction and also do final inspections to make sure no detail was missed. Not many contractors I trust and recommend, but the Dolan team will be my go to and recommended roofing contractor.

We had a great experience with Dolan, from the start of our claim with the insurance, until the end of the process, they were always responsive and helpful, always on time and making the whole experience as painless as possible. Would highly recommend them, their crews are dialed-in and everyone worked efficiently to get our roof done in one day, they cleaned up all the mess from the old roof and make sure all the debris was gone. Dolan Roofing & Construction were very professional and extremely patient w/ my ever so stubborn Insurance company that wouldn’t budge on the correct estimated budget for my roof replacement! If it hadn’t been for Johnny’s expertise of knowing what and how to deal w my insurance company, along side w an inside source, I’m not sure if any of this would have gotten done! I truly feel like I made a good friend and their staff was just amazing! My roof looks beautiful and was done in less than one day , once they were able to get started!
