With a background in automotive sales, Maurizio transitioned to the roofing industry, drawn by his passion for helping people protect their most valuable assets. His role at Dolan involves guiding homeowners through the process of safeguarding their primary investment – their homes.

Maurizio values being part of the Dolan family, considering it one of the best companies in the industry. He finds reward in knowing that his work positively impacts his clients’ lives and appreciates the potential for significant financial success in his role. His challenges include building a robust pipeline of potential customers, a task he approaches with enthusiasm and determination.

Outside of work, Maurizio enjoys entertaining friends and family with food and drink, staying active through exercise, and living life to the fullest. A sports enthusiast, he has a particular interest in Formula 1 racing and cars in general, as well as football and basketball.

Looking ahead, Maurizio aims to reach his full potential and achieve his most substantial career paycheck within the next 12 months. His goal is to secure two deals per week, leveraging his extensive experience and the strong support of the Dolan Roofing & Construction team.
