I used Dolan on 2 different houses recently. It was a smooth process from the initial assessment, them working directly with the insurance companies, picking colors and options, not having upsell pressure, schedule the work, completing the work, inspecting the final work, and following up after the job was completed. There weren't any discrepancies from the initial quote to the final bill. Initially worked with Johnny, then Shannon, Amanda, and the rest of the office staff. Finally, Mike came out to both jobs to make sure they were completed to my satisfaction and also do final inspections to make sure no detail was missed. Not many contractors I trust and recommend, but the Dolan team will be my go to and recommended roofing contractor.

Even though I didn’t end up moving forward with the project, I had a really great experience with Steven Garcia from Dolan. He came out to address the hail storm that recently happened in the area. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the roofing options and process. There was no pressure at all—just honest advice and a clear breakdown of everything I needed to know. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping, not pushy on just making a sale. When the time is right, I’ll definitely be reaching back out. Highly recommend them for anyone looking into roofing work! Especially Steven!

Dolan has impressed me from start to finish, as they are responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was that about 2 years after they replaced my roof we were hit with another massive hailstorm. They came out to do another inspection and the roof held up great with no issues, and they gave me the all clear! Hopefully there are no more hailstorms anytime soon, but if there is I know who I will be calling. Thanks!

We can have a new roof installed within 2 weeks of your inspection. This varies depending on the supply chain and the shingles, tile or metal you choose so talk to your Dolan Roofing & Construction Project Manager for details!

Will Dolan Roofing & Construction help me with my insurance claim?

While we are NOT insurance adjusters we are highly familiar with the insurance process and will help you with your claim. We have worked with all insurance companies over the past decade and are highly familiar with the software they use, and each company’s roof claim process.
