It was a smooth process from the initial assessment, them working directly with the insurance companies, picking colors and options, not having upsell pressure, schedule the work, completing the work, inspecting the final work, and following up after the job was completed. There weren't any discrepancies from the initial quote to the final bill. Initially worked with Johnny, then Shannon, Amanda, and the rest of the office staff. Finally, Mike came out to both jobs to make sure they were completed to my satisfaction and also do final inspections to make sure no detail was missed. Not many contractors I trust and recommend, but the Dolan team will be my go to and recommended roofing contractor.

This family run business gave me exceptional service and great results. My roof was damaged by a hailstorm and i needed it repaired. Though i had numerous contractors solicit their services, I went with Dolan because several of my neighbors had a good experience with Dolan. Mine was the same. They helped me navigate a difficult insurance adjuster, specifically Nina, which was incredibly patient and helpful. Once the insurance claim was agreed upon, the crew doing the reroofing job was very professional and did a great job (i know as i was roofer at one time). These guys are the real thing. Honest family run business that does great work for a competitive price. Good people. Highly recommended.

From beginning to end, the Dolan Roofing group kept me in the loop and answered any questions I had. I spoke with Mr. Johnny Dolan and he made me feel comfortable with everything he was telling me and confident the job would be done correctly and professionally. The team who physically came to perform the job were professional, work quickly and did all they could to protect my personal property. After the job, the team did a great job of cleaning up and walking around making all attempts to pick up loose shingles, nails and anything that came off my old roof.
